Welcome to SmartVision Tech. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services, products, or websites provided by SmartVision Tech, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Services Offered

SmartVision Tech provides the following solutions:

    • Security system solutions (CCTV, alarms, fire systems)
    • Solar panel installation and maintenance
    • Electrical appliances
    • Interior and exterior design services
    • Software and IT solutions

3. Quotations and Pricing

    • All quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
    • Prices may change based on market conditions or specific client requirements.

4. Payments

    • All products and services must be paid for as agreed in the quotation or invoice.
    • Delayed payments may result in penalties or suspension of services.
    • For software projects, a minimum 30% advance is required before development begins.

5. Delivery and Installation

    • Delivery and installation timelines are estimates and may be affected by external factors.
    • Clients must ensure site readiness prior to installation or deployment.

6. Warranty and Support

    • Hardware is covered by a 1-year manufacturer or installer warranty.
    • Software solutions include 3 months of free support post-deployment. Extended support is available for purchase.

⚠️ Important: Any unauthorized modification, configuration, or interference by a third party will void the warranty and release SmartVision Tech from any responsibility or liability.

    • Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, natural disasters, or power surges.

7. Limitation of Liability

SmartVision Tech is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or usage, arising from the use of our services.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

    • Providing accurate project requirements and access to necessary facilities
    • Ensuring lawful use of all installed systems and software
    • Protecting systems from unauthorized access or third-party tampering

9. Confidentiality

All client data, designs, and software are treated as strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without written consent.

10. Termination

SmartVision Tech reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in cases of:

    • Breach of these terms
    • Non-payment of dues

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon. Any disputes will be resolved in the local courts.

12. Changes to Terms

SmartVision Tech may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
